Most people spend their lives searching outside of themselves for happiness. There is the illusion that it can be obtain through the acquisitions of things or in our relationships with other persons. Whilst these things can provide temporary satisfaction with self, our self- worth cannot be attached to such.
The truth is nothing outside of our selves has the power to create such a state.
In the fascinating journey of self-discovery, this completeness and total autonomy is understood.
We can then rethink possibilities. ‘It is not who we are that holds us back, it’s who we think we are not”.
Presently, the programme INNER ACCESS is being offered for young adults, the details of which are outlined below.
INNER ACCESS is a transformational journey of exploration and self- discovery.
The programme is based on the fundamental premise that ‘life is an inside job’.
This means recognizing our indwelling ability to co-create our lives.
Beginning with the exploration of “Who am I” a new awareness unfolds.
A different story about self is created which ultimately directs one to respond to life from a
place of authentic power. Throughout the process minds are engaged, lives are transformed.
INNER ACCESS through its modules facilitates opportunities to:
* peel back the layers
* be true to oneself
* discover one’s unique gifts
* create new self- affirming beliefs
* make decisions
* take action
* chart a new course
“It is in your moments of decisions that your destiny is shaped. A real decision is measured by the fact that you have taken new action. If there is no action, you haven’t truly decided”.
